Social Media Advertisements

Social media ads measured in enquiries, not likes

Social media advertising means paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, targeted at people likely to buy from you. Unlike search ads, these reach people before they have started looking — which makes them powerful for demand generation and unforgiving of weak creative.

The problem

What usually goes wrong

Campaigns optimised for reach or engagement, producing impressive numbers and no enquiries. Both metrics are cheap to buy and neither pays anyone.

Ads pointing at a homepage, so the visitor who clicked an ad about dental implants has to go and find the implants page themselves. Most do not.

Creative that was made once, in January, and has been running ever since. Meta audiences burn out faster than most people expect.

No idea which ad produced which enquiry, so budget keeps going to whatever looks busiest.

What’s included

What you actually get

Concrete deliverables, not adjectives. Everything here is work we do, show you, and report on.

Campaign strategy and account structure

Objectives set to leads or conversions, campaign structure that lets the algorithm learn, and budgets allocated where the evidence points.

Audience building

Interest and behaviour targeting, lookalikes from your existing customer data, and retargeting for people who visited but did not enquire.

Creative production

Static and video creative built for Feed, Stories and Reels, in multiple variations, tested against each other and refreshed on a schedule.

WhatsApp and lead-form campaigns

Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns, which convert well in India, and native lead forms where a landing page would add friction.

Landing pages that match the ad

Where a landing page is the right answer, it says what the ad said. This one change often halves cost per lead.

Conversion tracking that works

Meta Pixel and Conversions API set up properly, so you can see which ad produced which enquiry rather than guessing.

How we run it

The process, with real timelines

These are the timelines we actually work to. Early movement in 60–90 days, meaningful growth at four to six months — we would rather say it upfront than have you find out later.

  1. Account and tracking audit

What is running, what is tracked, and what is being wasted. If tracking is broken, nothing else is worth doing yet.

    Week 1
  2. Strategy and creative build

Audiences defined, offers sharpened, first creative set produced.

    Weeks 1–2
  3. Launch and learning phase

Campaigns go live. Meta needs conversion volume before performance stabilises — expect the first two to three weeks to be noisy.

    Weeks 2–5
  4. Optimise on cost per lead

Kill what does not work, scale what does, refresh creative before fatigue sets in.

    Ongoing
  5. Report

Enquiries, cost per enquiry, and quality feedback from your sales team fed back into targeting.

    Monthly

When we’d tell you not to bother

If your product is bought only when someone is actively searching for it — emergency plumbing, legal help right now — search ads will almost always beat social. We would tell you to put the money into Google Ads instead.

Frequently asked questions

How is ad spend handled?

Your ad spend goes directly to Meta from your own account — it never passes through us, and you can see every rupee of it in the platform. Our management fee is entirely separate from it, so you always know which is which. Talk to us and we will explain how we would structure it for your business.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

No. A percentage fee rewards us for spending more of your money, which is the wrong incentive. We charge a flat management fee.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. Always. We work inside your Business Manager. If we part ways, you keep the account, the data and the audiences.

How quickly will I see leads?

Sometimes within days. But the first two to three weeks are a learning phase where cost per lead is unrepresentative — judging the campaign before that is how good campaigns get killed early.

Do you make the creative?

Yes, static and video. If you have brand assets or an in-house designer we will work with them, which is usually faster and keeps your brand consistent.
